Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in original packaging, and fully resaleable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns due to preference or “change of mind” are not accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 business days if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

If approved, we will provide a free replacement. The damaged/defective item must be shipped back to us before a replacement is issued.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as dislike, preference change, or ordering the wrong item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
