Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders quickly and reliably. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM (PST) are processed and shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM (PST) are processed the next business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Carrier delays or service interruptions

• Weather, customs, or other unforeseen situations

If your package is delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist however we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your order as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
For these cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We’re happy to help guide you through the process.

Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately.
We can only update the address before shipment. After a package has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.

International Shipping

International orders may have customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs processing may also cause delays.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, expected ship dates will be shown on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship together unless you request separate shipping.
